Saturday Snapshot is hosted each week by Alyce of At Home With Books. I've been seeing this meme around for a while, but this is the first time I've actually participated.
My photo of choice, Niagara Falls, comes from the trip I took a couple of years ago to Ontario. I've also used this photo in my review of Cathy Marie Buchannan's novel The Day The Falls Stood Still.

What a dramatic and beautiful picture! I love how the clouds are so low they seem to be absorbing the spray off the falls.
Thanks Trish. I remember getting there with intermittent fog and then the day improved to blue skies and sun. It was pretty dramatic, as was the setting.
I forgot how magnificent Niagra Falls is!
That's for sure, Jill. It really is a magnificent sight.
Wow.
What a spectacular sight! Another place I haven't been and would love to see. Thanks for sharing.

Great shot of the falls with those foreboding clouds. Here's Mine
That is such a lovely photo! I've wanted to visit that area of the world for a long time. Maybe one day.
It really is a spectacular place to see. I hope that one day you all get the chance to.
Thanks everyone for commenting.
What a wonderful shot of the falls. I went there (Canadian side) as well in the late 1970's, --I am sure things have changed somewhat...LOL
Thanks, Diane. I'm sure it has changed, but at the same time, I'd bet that the essentials are the same.
Very dramatic shot, Elena. I've never been to the falls - now I see it's really worth it, in any weather.
Thanks Piltz. It really is spectacular there, fog, cloud or sun.
Wow, that is amazing! You really can't tell where the clouds end and the falls begin.
Thanks Alyce.
